Structure and working principle of the commercial coconut shell carbonization furnace

Commercial continuous carbonization furnace is a new type of continuous carbonization equipment produced by the Shuliy Machinery Plant. This equipment organically combines the principle of gasification type continuous carbonization and the principle of drum heating, which can realize a new process of smokeless carbonization.

The main raw materials of the continuous carbonization furnace are rice husk, straw, bagasse, palm silk, bark, and other plant waste materials containing lignin, which have high carbonization efficiency and can be continuously produced.

The main structure of the coconut shell carbonization furnace consists of three parts: gasification system, soot purification system, and carbonization system:

1. Gasification system:

It is composed of a gasifier, cooling tower, and dust collector.

2. Flue gas purification system:

It is composed of spray cooler, gas-liquid separator, oil-water separator, filter, high-speed centrifugal fan, and other equipment.

3. Carbonization system:

The carbonization system of the machine is mainly composed of the main carbonization furnace and supporting facilities for feeding and discharging materials. The carbonization host is generally designed with a double-layer drum structure.

How does the continuous carbonization furnace work?

The carbonized material is sent to the feed inlet of the main machine via a screw conveyor. Then it is rapidly carbonized in the drum, and the carbonization temperature is about 300°C-500°C. After the carbonization is completed, the finished product will be sent to the cooling system to cool to about 40°C.

The use of continuous carbonization furnace does not require drying of raw materials. The raw materials will automatically remove moisture in the carbonization furnace, which greatly improves the efficiency of carbonization. Both in terms of carbonization quality and work efficiency, it meets the needs of different customers and is recognized by the market.
