With the mounting demand of mechanism charcoal, producing mechanism charcoal using charcoal machine is more and more welcomed by customers. So what are the methods and procedures of making mechanism charcoal? Four steps are needed:

1.grinding

During the process of grinding, the grinder plays an important role. The raw material shall be processed by the grinder into a proper size.

2.Drying

The granular, produced by the last step, are dried properly through the dryer.

3.Forming

The dried raw material will be pressed by the bar making machine at high temperature to form a stick.

4.carbonization

After the carbonization of the furnace, the od-shaped material will be cooled, then the mechanical charcoals are made. These procedures are completed only with the aid of certain equipment, usually grinder, dryer, bar making, and charcoal furnace equipment.

Continuous Airflow Drying Machine

The airflow dryer is mainly used to dry wood chips with a size of less than 5mm and reduce the moisture to 8-12% through the airflow pipe. The wood chip can be processed in the next step. The principle is that the hot gas is circulated through the pipe by burning the combustible material through the airflow, which is the raw material and the hot gas fully contact, thereby achieving the effect of the wood chip drying.
