Working steps of the wood shaving mill

• Feeding into the machine: the wood to be processed, such as logs and boards, is fed into the planer from the feeding port.
• Knife disk rotation: after the machine starts, the knife disk with four blades inside rotates at high speed to form strong cutting force.
• Planing and molding: after the wood is planed by the rotating blades, the surface is thinned layer by layer, forming uniform shavings or fine particles.
• Shavings adjustment: by adjusting the tilt angle of the knife plate and the depth of the blade, the thickness and particle size of the shavings can be flexibly controlled to meet different needs.
• Discharge: the wood shavings after planing are discharged from the discharge port, which can be used for livestock bedding, packaging filling, plate manufacturing and other applications.
