The customer is a local charcoal processing and supply enterprise in Mexico. They mainly produce and sell finished charcoal balls for daily use and barbecue. To make full use of raw charcoal blocks and improve product yield, they purchased the wheel mill for crushing and supporting molding equipment to build a complete processing line.

This charcoal balls pressing machine works perfectly with the matched wheel mill. The wheel mill first crushes raw charcoal blocks into even charcoal powder.
Then the pressing machine shapes the powder into standard charcoal balls efficiently. The whole line runs stably, features simple operation and low failure rate, and fully meets the customer’s daily production demands. All equipment passed strict pre-delivery testing.
Packaging and loading on-site
Before shipment, all machines and spare parts were wrapped with waterproof, dust-proof and anti-collision materials, and packed with export-standard packages.
At the loading site, workers fixed the equipment firmly inside the container to prevent damage during long-distance transportation. Clear photos of the loading scene are available for viewing.
We provide remote installation guidance, operation and maintenance training. Long-term spare parts supply and technical support are also offered to help the customer start formal production smoothly.
