We have delivered a biomass carbonization furnace and a drum dryer to a Brazilian client. This client primarily engages in wood processing and charcoal production, with years of local charcoal production experience. As market demand grows, traditional manual carbonization and natural air-drying methods can no longer meet production capacity requirements, while also suffering from high labor costs and low efficiency.
The client sought to introduce mechanized carbonization and drying equipment to achieve efficient, continuous processing from wood to charcoal. The objectives were to enhance carbonization efficiency, ensure consistent product quality, reduce labor costs, mitigate production risks, and provide a stable charcoal supply for the local market.

Based on the client’s production scale and raw material conditions, we provided a combined solution of a carbonization furnace + drum dryer.

After completing production, commissioning, and quality inspection, the equipment was uniformly packaged and shipped, arriving successfully at the Brazilian client’s site.
Upon commissioning, the equipment is expected to establish a complete wood carbonization and drying production line, enabling continuous processing from raw timber to finished charcoal and improving overall production efficiency.
