About the customer
The customer is an experienced local supplier serving the animal farming industry in South Africa. They used to source wood shavings from third-party vendors. To cut operational costs and control the quality of finished shavings, they decided to build their own on-site wood shaving production line.
After comparing multiple machine suppliers, they selected our spiral blade wood shaver. They also ordered original spare wear parts at the same time to avoid production downtime when components wear out.
