The customer purchasing our charcoal briquettes making machines primarily engages in the deep processing of wood waste, converting it into high-efficiency fuel charcoal for supply to local and surrounding markets.
As their business expands, the customer has set higher requirements for production efficiency, stable output capacity, and equipment reliability. They aim to establish a complete charcoal processing production line capable of efficient operation from raw material briquetting to carbonization, meeting the continuously growing market demand.

Selection of charcoal briquettes making machine
The equipment procured for this order includes 5 sawdust briquette machines and 5 hoisting-type charcoal carbonization furnaces. Additionally, the wood chipper crushers are used as a front-end device.
The sawdust briquette making machines compress wood shavings into high-density charcoal briquettes, while the charcoal charring furnaces uniformly carbonize these briquettes into finished charcoal.
During the selection process, the customer prioritized matching production capacity, operational simplicity, and stability under continuous production conditions.

Our engineers provided detailed technical proposals and equipment configuration recommendations based on the client’s processing scale and raw material characteristics, assisting in finalizing the quantity and model specifications.
Packaging and shipping arrangements
Following order confirmation, our factory completed charcoal briquettes making machines production, commissioning, and quality inspections to ensure each unit met operational standards before shipment.

All equipment was securely packaged with reinforced crating and properly loaded according to transportation requirements to guarantee safe long-distance transit. Machines were successfully containerized for shipment, accompanied by complete accessories and operating manuals to facilitate immediate installation and operation upon arrival.
