The heat source of the continuous carbonization furnace is derived from the gasifier. The charcoal briquette production line is equipped with a gasifier. We can use our own gas supply furnace.

Second. When the carbonization furnace is heated to a certain temperature, the combustible gas generated inside is separated by a dust separator, and the combustible gas after the dust separation is recovered by the wood tar recovery device (generally, one ton of carbon powder can be obtained per ton of carbon powder produced) 200kg-300kg wood tar).
Third. After the carbonization furnace heats the self-produced gas, the reverberatory furnace heating or the gasifier gas production device stops working at this time, and the preliminary heating equipment is finished.
Fourth. After the carbonization furnace is working for 2-3 hours (different time and temperature), the toner flows into the condenser from the furnace and flows out from the condenser. The equipment is produced normally and can be continuously cut without interruption. Therefore, this carbonization furnace is called a continuous carbonization furnace.
