Nous avons un champ de bambou planté par notre client du Zimbabwe et nous fabriquons du charbon de bambou à partir du bambou mature à l'arrière. Le bambou est abondant et largement distribué dans le pays, c'est pourquoi le client a vu le potentiel du marché pour la fabrication de charbon de bambou. Ils recherchaient un four de carbonisation de biomasse industrielle efficace qui les aiderait à produire du charbon de bambou de haute qualité à partir de bambou.
Processus de fabrication du charbon de bambou
La production de charbon de bambou comprend généralement les étapes suivantes :
- Raw Material Preparation: The customer cuts and prepares the bamboo into the proper size and shape.
- Carbonisation Process: The bamboo is put into a continuous carbonization furnace where it is converted into bamboo charcoal through a high-temperature carbonization process. This process removes moisture and impurities and retains the high calorific value and quality of bamboo charcoal.
- Cooling and Packaging: After charring, the bamboo charcoal needs to be cooled and then packaged into a final product ready for sale.
