Our charcoal processing production line equipment has been successfully sold and shipped to Lebanon. The line includes a wood crusher, drum dryer, briquette machine, and horizontal carbonization furnace, which will be used for local, large-scale charcoal processing and production.
Client background and project requirements
The client for this collaboration is a small-to-medium enterprise based in Lebanon with extensive experience in processing and distributing charcoal and related fuel products. Primarily serving the local catering industry, hookah charcoal market, and household fuel sector, the client has clear requirements for stable charcoal output and consistent supply capacity.
As order volumes increase annually, the client’s existing decentralized processing methods can no longer meet production demands. Therefore, they plan to introduce a structurally complete, streamlined charcoal processing line to achieve integrated production from raw timber handling to finished charcoal.
Charcoal processing production line configuration
Based on the client’s raw material conditions and production plans, the configured line encompasses key processes including crushing, drying, briquetting, and carbonization. It is primarily designed to process wood scraps, waste timber, and similar materials into mechanically produced charcoal products suitable for both residential fuel and commercial charcoal markets.
Following confirmation of equipment specifications and delivery arrangements, both parties successfully finalized the cooperation. The complete charcoal production line has been packed and shipped and will be deployed for local project construction in the near future.
